Join our team in Inverell, located in the beautiful New England North West region. Known as the historic Sapphire City, Inverell boasts charming restored buildings, national parks, bushwalking tracks, and a vibrant local community.

You’ll become part of a dynamic and innovative Inpatient Unit team in a purpose-built department within a busy Rural District Hospital. Our team is passionate about delivering high-quality patient care while supporting each other’s growth and professional development. About the Role

We have an exciting opportunity for motivated nurses to join our supportive medical team. You’ll provide individualised, excellent patient care in a collaborative health service environment, helping to maximise health outcomes for every patient.

You will receive comprehensive orientation and ongoing support, including mandatory training, with guidance from our experienced Clinical Nurse Educator. This role offers variety, professional challenge, and the satisfaction of making a meaningful impact in a rural healthcare setting.

About You

  • Current authority to practice as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA.
  • Organised, proactive, and approachable, with excellent communication skills across all levels of the multidisciplinary team.
