What you will bring to the role:
- Current registration as Registered Nurse (Division 1) with Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
- Completed Graduate Certificate in Diabetes Management and Education or equivalent experience
- Credentialed Diabetes Educator (CDE) or eligible for CDE or willingness to obtain
- Current Driver's Licence and willingness to use for work purpose travel
- Demonstrated effective communication skills – written, verbal and electronic. This includes a working knowledge of EMR, Office applications, Internet data retrieval and formal correspondence
- Demonstrated ability to organise and prioritise work
- Demonstrated commitment to professional development
Employment of a temporary visa holder may only occur if no suitable permanent resident or citizen of Australia has been identified and must not exceed the duration or conditions associated with the current visa.
