What you'll be doing
As a Registered Nurse, you will deliver safe and person-centred care while supporting patients and their families across the variety of care. Key responsibilities will be to:
Provide high-quality, evidence-based nursing care to patients
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care needs
Respond to clinical changes and prioritise care in a dynamic setting
Supervise, mentor, and delegate to ENs, AINs, and students
Coordinate discharge planning and referrals to support patient outcomes

Essential Requirement:
Registration: Current Registration as a Registered Nurse with Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
Selection Criteria:
Demonstrated recent nursing experience relevant to the position and commitment to quality improvement, practice development and evidence-based practice
Demonstrated application of evidence based practice and critical thinking to patient care
Demonstrated ability to lead, supervise, delegate, and negotiate with others to deliver quality nursing care
Demonstrated effective clinical communication through the use of information technology, written and verbal means and sound interpersonal skills including the ability to communicate with a diverse range of people.
