About the Role
Walcha Multipurpose Service is seeking motivated and dedicated Registered Nurses to join our friendly and supportive rural health team. As an RN at Walcha MPS, you will deliver safe, evidence-based, person-centred nursing care while collaborating closely with a multidisciplinary team that includes medical officers, allied health, Aboriginal Health Workers, community nurses, and care staff. Working within an MPS model gives you the chance to build strong relationships with patients, residents, families, and the local community — and to truly see the impact of your care.
You will be supported by an experienced Nurse Unit Manager and provided with access to training, supervision, and a workplace mentor to help guide your professional development. If you are adaptable, community-minded, and enjoy the variety of rural nursing, this role is ideal for you.
“Working at Walcha MPS feels like being part of a family. You get to know your patients and residents on a deeper level, and the teamwork is second to none. It’s incredibly rewarding rural nursing.”
