About the Role

Manning Base Hospital is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Registered Midwives to join our vibrant Midwifery Group Practice. You will provide safe, compassionate, and evidence-based midwifery care across the continuum — pregnancy, labour and birth, and the postnatal period — supporting women, birthing people, and their families through every step of their journey.

You’ll work as part of a collaborative multidisciplinary team including obstetricians, neonatologists, GP-obstetricians, midwives, Aboriginal Health Workers, Social Work, and Allied Health. Manning Base Hospital offers a supportive environment where continuity, respect, and woman-centred care are at the heart of our practice.

You will be supported by an experienced Midwifery Unit Manager and paired with a workplace mentor to guide your professional development. If you are a midwife who is adaptable, team-focused, and passionate about delivering continuity of care to women throughout their pregnancy journey, we would love to hear from you.

The most rewarding part of working in Manning Maternity is the relationships you build. Being part of a family’s birth experience is a privilege — our team culture makes that experience even more special.”
