We're looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Recruitment Team Leader to lead a small team and help deliver high-quality recruitment outcomes in a dynamic, high-volume environment.

In this hands-on leadership role, you'll coordinate bulk recruitment campaigns and assessment centres, develop recruitment project plans, manage competing priorities and keep recruitment activities on track to meet operational workforce needs. • The ability to coach, support and develop staff, manage workloads and foster a positive, collaborative team environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and provide clear, practical recruitment advice.
  • Initiative and a continuous improvement mindset, with the ability to resolve complex recruitment matters while ensuring compliance with relevant policies and procedures.

Above all, you're a proactive and supportive leader who enjoys making a difference, developing people and delivering great recruitment outcomes.
