About the role

This vacancy is maternity leave relief for an initial period to 30 April 2027, for up to 38 hours per week; the hours and period of employment may change according to the maternity leave requirements.  There is also the possibility of an extension at same / reduced hours.

 

Partner with internal and external stakeholders to identify and implement strategies to create and improve marketing processes to meet the workforce needs of Northern NSW Local Health District (NNSWLHD). 
  
Provide advice on recruitment processes, market insights and talent sourcing initiatives to provide the LHD with a competitive advantage in the marketplace and optimise applicant pools.
