We are looking for experienced Recruitment professionals who will be responsible for providing and driving contemporary, innovative and practical recruitment solutions to our hiring managers and candidates, supporting them throughout and beyond the recruitment end-to-end process.
The Business Partner role is pivotal in our team; you will help shape the success of a large and complex portfolio, ensuring recruitment processes are seamless, efficient and stakeholder centric.

- Detail your recent experience working in a Recruitment or HR Transactional unit for a large complex organisation, or a similar position, with an understanding of NSW Health Awards, Agreements and Policies.
We work across multiple locations including Liverpool, Bankstown, Fairfield, Campbelltown, Camden and Bowral. As a Business Partner, you will be expected to support your portfolio in person across various locations within our district, ensuring strong localised engagement and impact. Our main hubs are located at Liverpool Hospital (District Office Campus) and Campbelltown Hospital. We also offer flexible work arrangements, including the option to work from home up to two days per week (subject to approval). Please detail your location preference.
