About this role
With your skills and experience, you can contribute to the millions of ways we’re enhancing health and wellness while developing your career as part of the largest health organisation in Australia. The Project Officer role in the Operations and Program Support team will;

  • Work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders across the NSW Health system.
  • Manage own workload within agreed work and project plans.
  • Prepare content of reports, submissions, policies, correspondence and briefs related to the NSW Health system with limited direction from the supervisor.
  • Take ownership for work, being flexible and adaptable, and making suggestions for new policies, strategies or processes to improve Unit or Agency performance.


Crown Clerk 7/8, starting salary from $110,266 - $122,058 plus Super and annual leave loading, with a 35-hour work week.

What you'll be doing 

  • Coordinate and implement a range of projects and support the project lead/s in the delivery of organisational and/or business projects impacting the NSW Health system.
  • Coordinate the work of a project team to complete tasks and implement project plans as required to ensure agreed outcomes are achieved.
  • Regularly communicate with key stakeholders across the NSW Health system and coordinate working groups, committees and consultations to ensure project outcomes are met.
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation and source and collate information for reporting, monitoring and evaluation purposes to contribute to achievement of the project outcomes.
