About the Role
As a Project Lead with Everymind, you will be a key member of the leadership team, driving the strategic and operational delivery of mental health and suicide prevention initiatives.
You will lead a portfolio of programs across business, community, and family, friends and carers, ensuring the successful design, implementation, and evaluation of evidence-based initiatives.
In this role, you will:

  • Lead the planning, delivery and evaluation of large-scale mental health and suicide prevention programs
  • Provide strategic direction aligned with Everymind and HNELHD priorities
  • Manage project budgets, timelines and reporting requirements
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across government, community and research sectors
  • Lead, mentor and develop a high-performing multidisciplinary team
  • Contribute to policy, research and funding opportunities that support long-term impact

 

About You
You are a confident and collaborative leader with a passion for mental health and suicide prevention. You bring strong project management capability and thrive in complex, stakeholder-driven environments.
You will demonstrate:

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in health, social sciences or a related field
  • Proven experience leading large-scale projects or programs
  • Strong understanding of mental health and suicide prevention frameworks and evidence base
  • Exceptional stakeholder engagement and communication skills
  • Experience managing teams, budgets and competing priorities
  • Ability to deliver high-quality outcomes on time and within budget
