What you'll be doing
The Project Coordinator – Refugee Health is responsible for the effective establishment, coordination and successful delivery of the project. The role provides leadership in clinician engagement, workforce capacity building activities, and placement coordination, while ensuring project objectives are achieved in a timely and sustainable manner.
This position is accountable for end-to-end project management, including planning and implementation, monitoring progress against objectives and milestones managing risks and issues, and supporting evaluation, reporting, and continuous improvement activities to ensure the achievement of project outcomes

Responses to the questions below:
- Relevant Tertiary qualifications in a health-related discipline and/or equivalent experience or a combination of study and demonstrated work experience.
- Demonstrated experience in coordinating and delivering projects within a health environment, including contributing to service improvement, change management, quality improvement initiatives, and evaluation activities.
- Well-developed written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to prepare high quality reports, briefing papers, presentations, and other project documentation, and to engage effectively with a broad range of stakeholders.
- Proven ability to work autonomously, exercise sound judgement, and effectively manage competing priorities to achieve outcomes within established timeframes.
- Demonstrated stakeholder engagement, influencing, negotiation, and facilitation skills, with a proven ability to establish, maintain, and strengthen collaborative relationships across multidisciplinary teams, partner organisations and external stakeholders.
- Highly developed organisational and project coordination skills, including the ability to plan, implement, monitor, and manage multiple activities and deliverables concurrently while maintaining attention to detail and quality outcomes.
