What you'll be doing

- Extensive experience (3+ years) in the development of instructional design and curriculum development in large-scale program or project environments across a variety of delivery methods.
- Proven ability to lead the design and development of engaging learner focused eLearning modules and resources using digital tools (e.g. Articulate 360, Camtasia, Vyond).
- Demonstrated experience leading the establishment and ongoing management of positive relationships with subject matter experts and stakeholders to effectively inform the design, development, and validation of learning solutions and resources that are fit for purpose.
- Qualifications in adult learning, Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or equivalent or software implementation and/or other relevant experience in learning and development to lead transformation programs, including a thorough understanding of adult learning principles.
- Highly developed communication skills (both written and verbal) including excellent attention to detail, the ability to create clear and compelling training materials, delivery engaging training and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver high quality outcomes.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and ability to make practical recommendations and judgements to take action to increase engagement and adoption.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a project team environment to meet objectives to tight deadlines.
- Advanced skills in the use of Microsoft Office suite, including MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
