We are looking for Principal ERP Functional Specialists - Cash Management and Health Payment Portal to join a high-performing team at the forefront of digital transformation in healthcare with eHealth NSW.  
 

NSW Health has transitioned to Oracle Fusion ERP, known internally as StaffLink ERP. The eHealth Corporate Applications team oversees all StaffLink ERP modules, where you will act as a leader, partnering with senior stakeholders to deliver funded projects, drive innovation, and enhance decision making and financial transparency across one of Australia’s largest health systems.

 

NSW Health has developed an in-house solution for integrating with banking software, and taking customer payments through various payment methods (POS, BPay, Direct Deposits, Direct Debits, Payment Plans) and for outstanding invoices and sundry items online, through the Health Payment Platform (NSW Health Payment Platform). The Health Payment Platform is an integral part of the Cash solution for managing inbound payments, along with integrated solutions from our banking partners ANZ, CBA, and WBC.

 

In this role you will:

  • Support delivery of strategic optimisations for Invoice to Cash processes within Oracle Cloud ERP Finance.
  • Collaborate across Finance, IT, and business units to deliver funded projects and continuous improvement.
  • Provide leadership on Oracle Cash Management and Oracle Accounts Receivable functions within the Invoice to Cash processes.
  • Investigate, design, configure, test, and support Oracle Cloud ERP applications.

 

Key Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in Oracle ERP functional experience (Cloud) with a solid background in Oracle R12.
  • A deep understanding of the end-to-end Invoice to Cash business process.
  • An understanding of Cash Management, banking processes, cash receipting and allocation, lockbox, bank statement reconciliation, cash forecasting, adjustments, write-offs, and related processes.
  • Integration experience using APIs, FBDI, WebADI, OIC etc
  • Ability to enforce standards and oversee ERP application design.
  • Understanding of custom development using Oracle E-Business Suite is desirable.
