Pregnancy Family Conferencing Facilitator
- Full registration with APHRA as a Senior Psychologist with no less than 12 months service at the 9th year of service as a Psychologist or tertiary qualifications in Counselling or equivalent relevant degree, Social Work and eligibility for the Australian Association of Social Workers (AASW) and post graduate experience at a minimum of level 2 or above, OR registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia (AHPRA), relevant post-registration qualifications and at least 3 years’ experience working in the clinical area of their specified post-graduate qualification, or such other qualifications or equivalent experience deemed appropriate by the organisation.
- Demonstrated experience and /or the capacity evidenced by knowledge and skills to conduct facilitation of pregnancy family conferencing or other family-based meetings/ interventions attended by a range of professionals and families. Proven ability to lead; initiate innovative problem solving and work collaboratively with other professionals and complex families.
- Demonstrated high level skills and clinical experience working with families where there are risk of significant harm concerns and understanding of the interrelated dynamics and effects of domestic and family violence, sexual assault, physical abuse and neglect on victims and their children, including in priority populations including Aboriginal communities, CALD and LGBTIQA+ communities and/ or come from a range of socioeconomic backgrounds.
