What you'll be doing
The position will carry out and report back on breakdown rectification and planned preventative works to deliver and maintain services within the delegated area of responsibility and ensure that systems failures do not result in disruptions to the delivery of essential services. The incumbent will perform tasks within his or her Trade Qualifications related to preventative and corrective maintenance, installation, renovation and construction of buildings, plant and equipment. This includes the performance of peripheral incidental tasks and assisting other staff so as to complete the whole job. The incumbent will work practices, services and standards in undertaking the work and will comply with any legal or organisational requirements that may apply.

Candidates will need to meet the following criteria.
- Holds relevant Plumbing trade qualification including TMV, RPZ Occupational Health and Safety General Induction For Construction in NSW Certificate or willingness to obtain within three months of appointment.
- Demonstrate a strong knowledge of computer systems and effective communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to deliver of high standard of customer service.
Hold a Construction in NSW Certificate (White Card) as well as a sound knowledge and the ability to apply safety to self, staff and visitors by adopting safe work practices and compliance with WHS policies and procedures.
