About the role:
This is a sole therapist position based at Singleton, delivering physiotherapy services within a regional community health setting. You’ll be part of a warm, collaborative, and flexible workplace culture that’s passionate about making a real difference in the lives of people in regional communities, supporting clients to stay active and independent at home.

This position offers a mixed caseload, providing care to a diverse patient population. You will manage inpatients, outpatients, and group therapy sessions, delivering comprehensive assessment, treatment, and rehabilitation aimed at improving functional outcomes, promoting recovery, and enhancing quality of life for individuals with a range of subacute conditions.

The role requires effective collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to deliver person-centred care across various stages of recovery. While working independently onsite, you will be well-supported by a local multidisciplinary team as well as the broader Hunter Valley Community Health Physiotherapy team, including a manager, senior physiotherapists, and peers.

About you:
You are a motivated and adaptable physiotherapist confident in managing a diverse caseload in a regional setting. You communicate effectively with clients and teams, apply strong clinical reasoning, and deliver high-quality, person-centred care independently. Flexible and resilient, you adapt to changing demands and actively contribute to service improvement. In return, you’ll receive peer supervision, support from senior staff, orientation, training, and ongoing professional development.

Requirements:

  • Physiotherapist with current Authority to Practice with AHPRA
