A typical day in this role involves managing medication supply, collaborating with multidisciplinary healthcare teams, performing clinical reviews, and providing patient counselling to ensure optimal treatment outcomes. This position requires excellent communication, strong clinical reasoning skills and well-developed therapeutic knowledge and great time management. It has significant interaction with both patients, pharmacy staff and other health professionals.
As part of our large team of pharmacists, you will be supported by senior team leaders and our deputy service managers. Ongoing clinical supervision and opportunities for further training and development will be provided, facilitating the expansion of your professional portfolio.

Requirements and additional information:
- Proof of eligibility for registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Registration agency, Pharmacy.
- Willingness to work weekend and rotating roster.
- Candidates seeking appointment at Grade 2 must be able to demonstrate fulfilment of the criteria for grade 2 pharmacist in accordance with the Health Employees' Pharmacists (State) Award.
