What You'll be Doing
The Perioperative Data and Administration Manager (PDAM) is responsible for all activities needed to ensure the integrity of data and compliance of the Operating Theatre (OT) and Endoscopy Information System (SurgiNet, ProVation). This includes the production of time critical reports, assessment and high-level analysis of reports and subsequent dissemination to relevant stakeholders. This position is also responsible for systems administration, including provision of technical support and training for SurgiNet and establishing processes and training for planned or unplanned system downtimes.
This role is also responsible for the day-to-day management of the Administrative staff within Peri-operative and Endoscopy Services.
This position will also play a key role in ensuring the management and interpretation/analysis of data for Facility and combined Local Health District (LHD) projects.

- Demonstrated experience with data management including proven ability to monitor, maintain, analyze and report on data sets.
- Demonstrated effective problem-solving, negotiation and advocacy skills, with the ability to lead and effect change to meet service outcomes.
- Proven experience in Perioperative services and knowledge of SurgiNet, ProVation or similar systems.
- Demonstrated experience in staff management with the ability to lead team performance to achieve service goals.
