Campbelltown and Camden Hospitals are seeking a Temporary Part Time Outpatients Administration Officer (Level 3) to join our busy and supportive Outpatients Department. - Provide administration support that helps patients access specialist outpatient care.
- Work collaboratively with clinicians and administration colleagues in a fast‑paced setting.
- Engage with patients and staff using strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Maintain high attention to detail when managing bookings, referrals and documentation.
- Contribute to a positive, patient‑focused culture within a dynamic outpatient environment.

You will bring excellent organisational skills, strong communication capability and a commitment to supporting safe, efficient and compassionate patient care.
- Demonstrated customer‑focused approach with the ability to build rapport with diverse individuals.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask, prioritise and meet deadlines.
- Confidence working both independently and collaboratively within a fast‑paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office and willingness to learn the eMR system, with a strong commitment to confidentiality and continuous improvement.
- A flexible, proactive and positive approach, with a passion for supporting patient care.
