The Opportunity
HealthShare NSW is seeking an experienced and proactive Site Operations Manager to oversee production, sterilisation, maintenance, and transport operations. This key role ensures the efficient delivery of high-quality services across the health sector, requiring strong leadership in large-scale production or linen services, alongside excellent analytical, organisational, and communication skills.
You will drive operational excellence, manage costs, and ensure compliance with quality and safety standards (including AS/NZS ISO 9001). Leading by example, you’ll foster a culture of continuous improvement, teamwork, and customer focus—delivering reliable service outcomes that support healthcare across NSW.
Eligibility Requirements
