Operations Manager - Adult Mental Health Services
What you will bring to the role

- Relevant tertiary qualification in health related discipline and/or equivalent extensive senior management experience in a complex health environment.
- Demonstrated knowledge of contemporary issues within the NSW and National Health Care agenda, including in the development of Mental Health Services.
- Sound understanding of quality, risk, governance and regulatory systems and processes related to Health Care delivery.
- Experience in organisational re-design and change management, with proven ability to drive operational and service reform and positive workplace culture.
- Well-developed analytical, conceptual, problem solving and strategic capabilities with exceptional planning and organisational skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills including substantial experience in leading high level negotiations and writing complex reports, business cases and briefings.
- Demonstrated people management skills, including providing staff support, development, performance management and managing unacceptable workplace behaviour.
