About the role
The Community Occupational Therapist is an integral member of the Virtual Allied Health Service. This role provides an essential hybrid (face-to-face and virtual) Occupational Therapy Service to rural communities within Dubbo, Wellington and our Central and Northern Sectors of Western NSW Local Health District. This role will require working in collaboration with other face-to-face and virtual services to provide community occupational therapy services to regional, rural and remote communities.
The role sits within the Western Virtual Division and works within a virtual multi-disciplinary team, physically located across the Health District. This team is highly collaborative to continually strive to provide comprehensive patient-focused care. The right person will be able to work independently and as part of this team.
The role will require being located within the outlined locations of the Health District, while offering flexible work hours, working from home as negotiable and an opportunity to work with rural communities.
