- Provide expert clinical guidance to nursing, clinical and non‑clinical staff throughout the setup, resource management and operational phases of clinical trials.
- Ensure all trial activities comply with ICH GCP standards, with patient safety prioritised at every stage.
- Work collaboratively with Nursing, Medical and Clinical Trial Coordinator teams to deliver innovative treatments within ethically approved clinical trials.
- Support trial delivery by maintaining rigorous regulatory compliance and contributing to evidence‑based cancer care.
- Play a key role in advancing research by enabling patient access to new and emerging therapies under evaluation.

You will thrive in this role if you:
- Bring senior nursing experience, including leading staff and managing services, supported by strong critical‑thinking skills and experience in delivering safe, compassionate and culturally responsive care.
- Demonstrate confidence in managing human, physical and financial resources while maintaining high standards of quality, compliance, WHS and risk management within a busy clinical environment.
- Communicate effectively with patients, carers, multidisciplinary teams and key clinical trial stakeholders, with the ability to navigate conflict, guide performance and maintain professionalism.
- Possess knowledge or experience in clinical trials, with a detailed understanding of Good Clinical Practice and (ideally) hands‑on experience in early‑phase or Phase 1 trial settings.
- Possess Chemotherapy experience, which is highly valued.

Do you have a current Australian C-Class driver's license (including P1 or P2)? if you hold a C class license (P1 or P2 included) from a state other than NSW must obtain a NSW C class (P1 or P2 included) license within three months of appointment. Learner's licenses are not permitted.
