- Lead a high‑performing surgical ward within one of NSW’s major trauma and principal referral centres.
- Shape clinical excellence across diverse specialties including ENT, head and neck surgery, ophthalmology, urology, trauma, and complex general surgery.
- Drive advanced neurosurgical and plastics care in a fast‑paced, high‑acuity environment.
- Influence patient outcomes through strong multidisciplinary collaboration across ENT, head and neck, ophthalmology and complex general surgery specialities.
