1. Describe how you have planned and monitored rostering, skill mix, equipment availability and budget to maintain safe, compassionate and culturally responsive care. How did you use quality improvement and WHS/risk management processes to track outcomes and address any gaps?
2. Give an example where a patient’s care needs changed rapidly and you had to coordinate the multidisciplinary team, communicate with the patient/carer, and make evidence‑based decisions under pressure. How did you manage any disagreement or performance issues, and what was the result?
