What you will bring to the role
- Current registration with AHPRA - Division 1 Registered Nurse
- Relevant postgraduate qualifications in specialty and management or working towards attainment
- Demonstrated skills in quality improvement/redesign projects and the associated change management
- Demonstrated sound financial skills with an ability to interpret financial reports
- Proven ability to motivate, manage and develop nursing staff to maintain a positive workplace culture
- Proven ability to assess nursing utilisation and resource requirements within agreed targets
- Demonstrated effective leadership, interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to travel within the LHD in accordance with the position
