You will provide clinical leadership in antimicrobial stewardship, infection prevention, and advanced nursing practice, while supporting safe prescribing, de-prescribing, and evidence-based care.
You will contribute to education, governance, quality improvement, and research activities, and play a key role in mentoring clinicians and influencing practice change. Comprehensive orientation, onboarding, and ongoing clinical supervision will support your transition into the role, alongside access to education, professional networks, and senior clinical mentorship. - Advanced clinical expertise in infection control, infectious diseases, antimicrobial stewardship, emergency, primary health, or related settings
- Ability to work autonomously while collaborating effectively across multidisciplinary teams and diverse environments
- Strong communication, critical thinking, and workload management skills
