About the Role
This Monday to Friday role is based at Rozelle but the successful candidate will be required to work across various facilities within SLHD. If you love travelling, great because travel will be a normal part of the working day!
The primary purpose of this position is to lead the delivery of high-quality supervision activities across the District. This includes running supervision groups, delivering supervision education and managing supervision activities generally. This position supports the delivery of the Sydney Education Strategic Plan.

Ideal Candidate
- Is a Registered Nurse or Registered Midwife with the Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Agency (AHPRA) and has post registration nursing/midwifery clinical or education qualifications relevant to the clinical area or areas in which he/she is appointed, or qualifications deemed equivalent by the employer.
- Ability to produce high quality written documents including educational resources, evaluation reports and other documents.
- Comprehensive understanding of health education and training priorities at a local and state level. Demonstrated critical thinking expertise that includes the ability to analyse data to support organisational decision making.
- Experience in a senior role with leadership responsibilities and demonstrated skills in supervision, consultation, negotiation, facilitation, coaching and mentoring.
