About the role
This position is integral to supporting the delivery and implementation of the Whole of Health program in alignment with the WNSWLHD Strategic Plan 2020-25.
The successful applicant will demonstrate leadership in the facilitation of the program, as well as initiative in developing processes and strategies to improve patient flow and access to care.
This position sits within the Executive team, however the Whole of Health Project Lead is also well integrated within the hospital, providing support to staff and patients.
