About the role
The Nurse Manager – Western Virtual Emergency, Critical Care & Close Observation provides clinical and professional leadership and is responsible for the operational management of the nursing services of the Western Virtual Emergency, Critical Care, Close Observation and virtualADULTs services, to enable the delivery of high standards of care for patients accessing these services and support for staff at regional sites providing care to critically ill patients. 

The Nurse Manager is responsible for managing and supervising nursing staff as well as planning and development of new and innovation models of care. You will provide a high level leadership and support, including education and training and be an effective communicator with strong organisational skills.
