  1. Demonstrated knowledge of the health and social welfare issues affecting people who inject drugs, people who sex work, people experiencing homelessness, Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people, LGBTQIA+ people and ‘at-risk’ young people
  2. Lived experience of issues faced by people who use KRC
  3. Demonstrated understanding of and commitment to harm minimisation
  4. An understanding and willingness to work within a professional model of health service delivery
  5. Good verbal communication skills and competence in the use of email, Microsoft Word and data entry
  6. Willingness and ability to work across all KRC settings, including outreach, with day and evening shifts across a seven day rotating roster
