- Tertiary qualifications as per clinical discipline (Nursing, Social Work, Occupational Therapy, Psychology) with full AHPRA registration or eligible for full membership with AASW.
- Demonstrated experience working within mental health settings, and skills conducting mental health triages and assessments across the age-span.
- Advanced written and oral communication skills, including the ability to effectively engage consumers over the telephone. Ability to liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
