Proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential, while familiarity with Health Roster is advantageous but not required, as full training will be provided.


The Opportunity:
This full-time position is part of the Medical Administration team at Tamworth Hospital, based in the front office of the Executive Suite. The role provides front-desk support while welcoming and assisting visitors and medical staff. 

Key responsibilities include assisting with the engagement of senior locum staff, assisting locum medical staff with contracts, accommodation, and onboarding inquiries, processing invoices, reviewing claims, and providing general administrative support. 
The successful candidate will be supported by the Medical Admin Manager, JMO manager, and the two administrative team members, with comprehensive training provided in all relevant internal systems.
