About the role:
We are seeking a highly organised, proactive, and community-minded Administration Officer to join the dedicated team at Newcastle Community Mental Health. In this pivotal front-facing role, you will serve as the welcoming first point of contact for patients, families, carers, and visitors, while delivering high-level administrative support to both clinical and non-clinical teams.
Working within a diverse adult-focused community mental health service, you will play an integral role in supporting the delivery of compassionate, culturally safe, and accessible healthcare services that positively impact the local community.
