Manager – Integrated Prevention and Response to Violence, Abuse & Neglect (IPARVAN)
Service Delivery Directorate - Child Youth & Family Division

About the role
The Manager - IPARVAN will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of Integrated Prevention and Response to Violence, Abuse and Neglect (IPARVAN) services across WNSWLHD. This is an exciting senior leadership opportunity to influence system-wide reform and drive meaningful change for some of the most vulnerable people in our communities.

As a senior leader, you will oversee the planning, development and delivery of integrated PARVAN services, ensuring our workforce is capable, confident and supported through strong governance, data and evidence-informed practice and person-centred models of care. You will guide program direction, manage operational performance, and foster a culture that is culturally responsive, trauma informed, and committed to excellence.

We are seeking a dynamic, visionary leader with strong clinical expertise, a passion for preventing and responding to violence, abuse and neglect, and a genuine commitment to improving health outcomes for our communities.

In this role, you will build and maintain high impact partnerships with internal teams and external stakeholders, championing collaboration to strengthen clinical practice and improve service and health outcomes. You will also lead financial, activity and workforce management across the IPARVAN program stream, ensuring services are efficient, effective and aligned with strategic priorities.

Working within a progressive, forward-thinking division, this is your opportunity to influence innovation, champion contemporary models of care, and contribute to better outcomes for individuals and families affected by violence, abuse and neglect across WNSWLHD.
