Where you'll be working
SESLHD is seeking a dynamic, collaborative and forward thinking Manager Health, Safety and Wellbeing to lead a large team of HSW Partners and HSW Trainers. As Manager Health, Safety and Wellbeing, you will shape and drive the implementation of the health, safety and wellbeing programs and initiatives.  You will have proven leadership capabilities in cultivating positive safety culture, along with strong technical expertise and knowledge in health safety and wellbeing management systems. This role reports to the Head of Health, Safety and Wellbeing and working alongside a cohesive and dynamic leadership team.  
 
What you'll be doing
The Manager Health Safety and Wellbeing provides leadership and day to day management of the Health, Safety and Wellbeing Partners and Trainers across multiple sites and services.  The role provides district wide strategic leadership and operational direction to provide exceptional management of health, safety and wellbeing management services. 
 
Under the guidance of the Head of Health, Safety and Wellbeing, the Manager Health Safety and Wellbeing manages the development, implementation and review of health, safety and wellbeing strategies, plans, policies and procedures to establish a positive and strong health, safety and wellbeing culture. These deliverables build safety capability and support the execution of SESLHD and People and Culture strategic initiatives for health, safety and wellbeing management and performance.
