As the IT Business Partner (Customer Engagement Partner), you’ll be the strategic link between DHS and business units, enabling smarter, more efficient healthcare services through technology. You’ll lead initiatives that align business needs with IT capabilities, ensuring solutions are impactful and sustainable.
Act as the primary IT contact for functional area managers
Translate business needs into technology solutions
Guide stakeholders through IT processes and service options
Influence strategic planning through customer insights
Build trusted relationships and manage expectations effectively

How to Apply

Extensive experience with stakeholder engagement across a broad spectrum, dealing with executive level managers to frontline staff in a variety of communication methods including face to face meetings.
Ability to articulate decisions, priorities and relevant IT & project information to stakeholders in an engaging, simplistic and trustworthy way, whilst using business analytic skills to identify opportunities, risks and develop responses to enhance performance.
Demonstrated experience building and maintaining dynamic customer relationships, whilst delicately balancing the competing priorities of resourcing, demand and strategic direction across multiple departments.
Ability to grasp technology concepts and solutions, whilst also understanding key operational business concepts which may impact or influence technology decisions
Excellent communication (verbal and written) skills and the ability to consult, influence and negotiate effectively with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders with diverse needs and agendas. Must be able to express technical concepts in simple terms
Experience working within the health industry in business or technology related roles including knowledge of Clinical Information systems.
