What you'll be doing
This role ensures thorough and compliant investigations within the Local Health District while supporting industrial matters and advising on key processes. Your responsibilities in this role will include:

  • Overseeing investigations to meet legal and policy standards.
  • Providing expert advice on NSW Health and WSLHD investigation practices.
  • Supporting industrial relations in partnership with senior specialists.
  • Ensuring KPIs and compliance requirements are achieved.
  • Facilitating effective processes for managers and stakeholders.
