About the Role
As a HR Manager with MNCLHD you will partner with allocated portfolio managers to provide expert and proactive human resource services. You will work along side your allocated portfolio managers to develop HR management capability and will support workforce planning, industrially sound change management and employee relations processes.
This role is based in Coffs Harbour, primarily providing services to Coffs Clinical Network and Aboriginal Health and Primary Partnerships Directorates. Coverage is provided to facilities that includes Coffs Harbour Base Hospital, Macksville District Hospital, Bellingen River District Hospital and Dorrigo Multi-Purpose Centre.
As a member of the People and Culture team, you will develop, promote and maintain positive relationships within MNCLHD management and staff, Industrial bodies and other government/external stakeholders. You will identify, develop and promote better practice and quality improvements approaches that enable the continuous improvement and delivery of contemporary HR Management.
About You
Ideally, you will have experience in Employee Relations and/or Human Resources management in a large and complex organisation.
You will have the proven ability to apply your knowledge of employment and industrial legislation in order to provide sound advice on matters that relate to NSW Health Awards, Policies and procedures.
You will have a person centred approach to Human Resources Management, supporting the timely resolution of a broad range of sensitive HR matters
