- Relevant tertiary qualifications and/or demonstrated experience in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, or a related field, with a strong understanding of contemporary HR and IR practices.
- Experience in investigating and advising on industrial relations matters, providing sound guidance to managers and employees in line with NSW Health employment legislation, Awards, policies, and agreements.
Well-developed communication skills and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to consult with internal stakeholders, understand service requirements, and contribute to organisational design, role clarity, and process improvements while ensuring consistency across NSLHD.
