ABOUT THE ROLE

The People & Culture Business Partnering Unit has an opportunity for an individual who wants to make a difference to our people and develop their skills in the field of People & Culture. The role is varied, and no two days are the same. However, you will be required to:

  • Ensure effective and accurate administration is maintained for all employee and project related tasks including general P&C support
  • Work closely with the P&C Business Partnering team to ensure continuous improvement of processes and clear communication channels are maintained
  • Ensure accurate documentation is prepared
  • Support and maintain key systems in collaboration with other P&C teams

ABOUT YOU

To be successful in this role, you will require the following experience and attributes:

  • Demonstrated experience or an interest in all things People & Culture
  • Highly organised, have a planned approach to a high workload with a high level of attention to detail
  • Demonstrated problem solving skills with a demonstrated motivation to take ownership and deliver outcomes
  • Ability to partner with the organisation through providing customers solution focussed support and the ability to build strong working relationships
  • Intermediate computer skills with the ability to compile data and associated reports
