As the WBA Program Coordinator, you will work closely with a dedicated team of senior medical clinicians—including the WBA Program Director, WBA Clinical Lead, Northern Hub WBA Coordinator and a committed team of WBA Assessors. About The Role:
In this key operational role, you will coordinate and support the delivery of a program that provides IMGs with practical, workplace-based assessment opportunities that meet AMC standards. Every day, your work will contribute directly to helping IMGs progress toward medical registration and long-term careers within the Australian health system.
• Coordinate program activities in collaboration with the WBA Director, WBA Clinical Lead and Northern Hub WBA Coordinator
• Liaise with IMGs and assessors to ensure a seamless assessment journey
• Work in partnership with the AMC Workplace Based Assessment Accreditation Team to maintain program quality and compliance
• Monitor program deliverables, timelines and documentation
• Maintain accurate records and prepare reports to support ongoing accreditation
• Build and sustain strong relationships with key external stakeholders, ensuring alignment with national best practice
