Position Classification: Administration Officer Level 4

Remuneration:  $35.22 - $36.03 per hour plus 11% superannuation

Hours per week: 16 hours per week (working over 2 days a week)

Location: St Leonards and Charlestown with hybrid working conditions available

The Opportunity

Eligibility Requirements

  •    Must be currently studying a university degree, post graduate studies, certificate four, diploma or advanced diploma due to complete your studies in the 2025 calendar year; or 
  •    Must have completed studies in the last 6 months 
  •    All our roles require candidates to have Australian work rights (Australian citizens, permanent residents, valid work visa). Only Australian citizens and permanent residents are considered for permanent roles, and we do encourage those on a visa to apply for our temporary and casual roles.
  •    This is a NSW Health Category B position. You will be required to complete the OASV Undertaking/ Declaration Form during the recruitment process. Please upload this with your application.

  • Are you currently enrolled in (or have recently completed within the past 6 months) a certificate four, diploma, advanced diploma, undergraduate degree or postgraduate studies and will complete your studies during the 2025 calendar year?
  • Are you available for a minimum of two days per week (Monday to Friday)?
  • What qualities do you possess in regards to contributing to a successful team, and how would demonstrate these qualities as an intern? Provide an example of how you've shown curiosity, commitment, or a willingness to learn in your studies or projects? Maximum 400 words or less
