About the Opportunity
This role is a chance to shape how health services are planned and delivered across one of New South Wales’ fastest growing and most diverse regions. You’ll work with clinicians, executives, and NSW Health partners to develop evidence-based service plans that respond to community needs and future demand. Your focus will be on creating sustainable models of care, improving access, and ensuring services are aligned with strategic priorities. This is an opportunity to lead projects that make a real difference—enhancing patient experience today while building a system that can meet the challenges of tomorrow. What sets this role apart is the ability to combine strategic planning with practical outcomes that improve care where it matters most.
The role is based primarily at Eastern Campus, Liverpool Hospital, with occasional travel to other SWSLHD sites, ensuring you remain connected to the broader health district. You will work Monday to Friday, with the opportunity for flexible work arrangements negotiated with your manager.
