What you'll be doing

Support the Child & Family Health Service and The Broken Hill Community Health Centre through providing Health Promotion support and implementation. 
  • Participate in the development and implementation of Health Promotion initiatives.
  • Support staff within The Child & Family Health Service to undertake Health Promotion.
  • Work closely with stakeholders for better health outcomes within the Broken Hill community
  • Maintain a high level of commitment to and participation in own Continuing Professional Development.
  • Liaise with other health professions to ensure a multidisciplinary approach.

How to apply
To be considered for this position, please ensure you address the selection criteria in the application as thoroughly as possible.

  • Tertiary qualifications in Health Promotion, or relevant health or social science discipline with experience in Health Promotion.
  • Experience in planning, implementing and evaluating health promotion programs and initiatives.
  • Demonstrated understanding of Health Promotion.
  • Experience working with government, non-government and community organisations.
  • Demonstrated high standard of organisational skills.
  • Demonstrated high standard of Interpersonal skills and working within Multidisciplinary teams.
  • Drivers License.
