- Tertiary qualifications in Health Information Management or demonstrated extensive experience as a Health Information Manager.
- Sound knowledge and understanding of the principles, structures, processes, and governance of heathcare records, related health data, and release of information including relevant legislation, Australian Standards, and NSW Health policies and procedures, and experience implementing workflows regarding the same.
- Ability to negotiate and collaborate with key stakeholders and effectively manage change, particularly surrounding implementation of digital solutions.
