About the Role

You will be working at Royal Prince Alfred Hospital (RPAH). It is one of the nation’s most respected hospitals, with a distinguished history of serving the health needs of local, statewide, national and international communities. Our facilities and services are world class and our staff are dedicated, innovative and caring.
 
The Health Information Clinical Forms Coordinator is responsible for the development, maintenance and oversight of clinical forms, paper and within the electronic Medical Record (eMR) for Royal Prince Alfred Hospital. This position supports various health information projects including medical records sentencing and culling, clinical forms and subfiles rationalisation.

Ideal Candidate

  • Relevant qualifications and/or experience in Health Information Management or Medical Records Administration, including knowledge of relevant policies, legislation and Australian Standards.
  • Excellent computer skills with demonstrated high level experience using Microsoft Office suite applications (including Publisher, Excel, PowerPoint and Word).
  • Ability to develop strong working relationships with a diverse range of clinical, administrative and executive stakeholders.
  • Ability to create high level documents including meeting minutes, quick reference guides and procedure documents.
