Bachelor or Postgraduate degree in Speech Pathology, with experience as a senior clinician and eligibility for membership with Speech Pathology Australia.
Demonstrated current clinical knowledge of the management of adult dysphagia and communication disorders, with experience in provision of objective swallowing assessment, including Video-Fluoroscopic Swallow Studies and Flexible Endoscopic Evaluation of Swallowing.
Demonstrated experience in providing management, leadership and strategic direction for Speech Pathology services, including financial management.
High level written and interpersonal communication and negotiation skills with experience in communicating with patients, carers, community stakeholders, staff, management and executive.
