About The Opportunity
This is a two-year contract offering an opportunity to shape the future of fundraising in SWSLHD to deliver high quality care and experiences for the community.
The Fundraising and Donor Engagement Manager will work as part of the Strategic Planning and Projects Team and Strategic Communications and Media Team within the Strategy and Partnerships Directorate, SWSLHD. ead the development of a comprehensive and impactful partnership and philanthropy portfolio by leveraging your expertise creating and growing shared value opportunities, leadership, and relationship building to support the health of south west Sydney communities.
The position will develop and implement a District-wide fundraising and sponsorship strategy and coordinated approach to the fundraising mix across six hospitals and a range of specialist health services, including building and maintaining donor and sponsor relationships, identifying priority and diversification revenue opportunities, and developing robust governance and standardised processes for philanthropy/donations/sponsorships across SWSLHD.
With fundraising responsibilities dispersed across services and facilities, the role will bring strong governance and fundraising best practice to the District, providing leadership and guidance to teams to make the most of our communities’ generous contributions.

- Applicants must possess an Australian C-Class driver's license (including P1 or P2). Those who hold a C class license (P1 or P2 included) from a state other than NSW must obtain a NSW C class (P1 or P2 included) license within three months of appointment. Learner's licenses are not permitted.
