We're seeking a dynamic Finance Manager to work closely with the local Executive Team and the Senior Finance Manager, driving high-impact finance and business initiatives across Maitland and Kurri Kurri Hospitals. In this critical leadership position, you’ll:
- Deliver timely, accurate, and relevant financial analysis to support competitive business performance and resource utilisation.
- Partner with frontline leaders, clinicians, and executives to provide actionable financial insights and implement effective cost controls.
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting to ensure strategic financial targets are met.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities through FTE management, procurement strategies, and business improvement initiatives.
- Provide expert advice on funding requests and business case evaluations.
- Manage and support a team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
